Goods are subject to availability and may vary from those advertised.
You must decide before ordering if the goods are suitable for your needs.
Please note that we reserve the right to cancel and refund for items shown on our website with an incorrect price or with any other incorrect information.

Our advertised prices are non-negotiable, surcharge might imposed on selected payment mode.
We accept payment by Company Cheque, PayNow, GIRO or Cash on Collection. For payment through GIRO, we will notify you for collection ONLY after payment received.
We remain owners of the goods you purchase until you have paid for all of them in full. We can retrieve and resell them if they are not paid for. This applies to all goods we supply to you and to any money owing in respect of any transaction with you.

A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing full details of your order.
Goods will normally take 1-2 business days to deliver, after payment received.

Delivery will be done by MTL Enterprise or our appointed delivery agent. We offer delivery service anywhere in Singapore Mainland for orders over $200 (excl. GST). Otherwise, flat delivery rate at S$15 will be applied.

You may contact us in 3 working days if the goods delivered are incomplete, damaged or incorrect item. Otherwise, the order shall be deemed accepted by the buyer.

You may cancel the order which has not been processed and paid.
Confirmed orders cannot be cancelled unless it is agreed in writing by our authorised representative.

All product are sold to you with the benefit of the manufacturer’s warranty. Any product with manufacturer defects shall be returned to us within 3 business days of delivery.
We do not accept any returns due to buyer fault or missed order.

The contents of our website are the copyright of MTL Enterprise or other copyright owners and are protected by copyright law. All brand names and product names used on our site are registered trademarks or trade names of their respective holders. You may read and copy the material contained on our website solely for personal and non-commercial use.
